Her ability to combine fierce athleticism with elegance in every round left an indelible mark on the sport, inspiring generations of athletes to pursue excellence with dignity.

Leonard Muise

​A soft-spoken entrepreneur who devoted his time to enhancing the recreational activity he cherished in his home region of northern California. An avid disc golf player and sport contributor, Leonard saw the potential to bring these experiences to a wider audience. With quiet determination, he established and designed courses, organized local events, and opened a traveling disc golf shop. His enthusiasm inspired locals to explore the natural beauty around them, creating a thriving disc golf culture that continues to flourish.

Mike Hughes

​A lifelong recreational enthusiast, Mike became a key figure in the earlier days of disc golf as a player, collector and organizer. He was an instrumental contributor to the grass roots development of the sport in his home state of Arizona. Recognizing the importance of preserving the history of disc sports, he founded a virtual museum dedicated to collecting and documenting the artifacts and memorabilia to ensure future generations the opportunity to forever enjoy the chronicles of flying discs.

Terry Calhoun

​An accomplished career educator and entrepreneur who discovered disc golf in his 50s. Instantly captivated by the sport's blend of strategy and fun, he dedicated himself to its growth. Within a decade, he progressed from local development to regional, national and international positions volunteering his time on multiple player organization boards and committees. His passion and relentless drive contributed to transforming disc golf from a recreational pastime into a respected sport, leaving an enduring legacy.

Scott Stokely

​Growing up as a latchkey kid, Scott found guidance and mentorship at the first permanent disc golf course ever installed in Oak Grove, California. The camaraderie and discipline he experienced and learned from his peers shaped his path, eventually leading him to become one of the most influential figures in the game. He excelled as a player, earning accolades and respect. He also became a passionate promoter, dedicating himself to nurturing future generations and expanding the sport's reach worldwide.
